I am storing some JQL in my issue field config. I would like to be GDPR compliant and wanted to use the PD cleaner to convert user details to account ID but how does that work? I have attempted to send a query with my email, name (escaped string literals because of @) and accountId and they always come back with empty converted objects… Am I doing something wrong?
