How to add a custom menu item to the "..." menu (or a new button) at the top of the Service Desk queue screen?

I don’t see that there is a location for that available, but I may be just over-looking. It sounds such a basic requirement…

Hi @gtan, we are working on the cloud versions of our popular PDF Exporter and Excel Exporter apps.

On Server and Data Center they offer features to export the issues currently in a Service Desk queue. In cloud, it is not possible to plug in our feature to this screen. :frowning:
