How to/Can we Use CQL to search groups in Confluence Cloud

Greetings!

We are working on user and group searching features and was exploring the CQL. Fetching user through CQL was not a problem, but we can’t find any way to do that for group. It seems there is no group-related CQL field. We will like to know if is this possible. Or the only way we can fetch group is by using /wiki/rest/api/group?

Any advise would be appreciated!

I’m not aware of any other methods apart from the group endpoints you already mentioned.
