How to embed a web panel into 'Create Issue' screen?

I would like to embed a custom web panel into ‘Create Issue’ screen, but I don’t see a dedicated location for it. Is it possible somehow?

There is no way to do that now. As far as docs can tell

Hi @nnmatveev,

We don’t offer any extension points for screens at this time (you can track the feature request here). Currently the only way to extend screens is for your app to provide an Issue Field and then users can add this field to screens in their workflow.

@dmeyer, given that the issue you linked to is ~3 years old, do you know where this feature is on the roadmap?
