How to find from which branch a new branch is created in Bitbucket using "Pre Repository Hook"

When a user trying to create a new branch through git bash we would like to know from which branch user trying to create the new branch ?

As per logs could see RepositoryHookRequest refchanges doesn’t provide the required details.
