Now that v1 is deprecated we no longer have the ability to use the groups endpoint. What is the replacement for that? I’m not looking to find which groups a user belongs to, or which groups have access to a specific repo - I just want a list of all access groups that exist in our Bitbucket workspace (I’m an admin, so my credentials will have access to that.)

the groups endpoint itself is not deprecated - as outlined on groups Endpoint | Bitbucket Cloud | Atlassian Support
So you can still continue to use this. If we eventually switch to use different endpoints, we will announce this in a timely manner so you have time to switch over.
