How to I modify 3rd party app settings on my repos with the REST API?

I need to configured SonarCloud settings on all my repos- i dont want to do this manually. How can I do this with the REST API:

Unfortunately, as this is a 3rd party app, you’ll need to work with SonarCloud to request APIs for this.
