# How to publish 3lo application

Hi I build a 3lo application and want to make it work across other domains, so I follow the document “[App approval guidelines](https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/app-approval-guidelines/)” to share my application, but I can do publish since I don’t have the download url.

So my question is, do I really need to publish the 3lo application to market place? Or it’s good to go after sharing has been done.

Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks
