Hi,

I have developed a free [Jira Cloud App](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1229698/sprint-reviewer?hosting=cloud&tab=overview). There’s a scope change to the manifest file and users need to upgrade the app version to use it correctly because of a REST API scope change from Atlassian.

However, I don’t know how to contact all the users through emails. Only paid App customers emails can be accessible by App vendor. Anyone has any idea to help me with notification?

Thanks,
YY

Hi @YY1 ,

You may want to vote and watch below feature request:

- [FRGE-720 - Allow app vendors to provide patches to old versions and push the updates.](https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/FRGE-720)

You may also want to review below thread on the same topic:

Cheers,
Dario
