How to render own strings as link across jira

Hello,
i have an plugin which creates my own specific strings inside the issue details and comments.

In the rich text editor the strings are rendered as links but inside the issue details, activity streams and comments the strings are not converted.

How can i let jira convert my strings +i_want_to_be_a_link+ automaticalliy a link?
