we started evaluating JIRA/Confluence in our Core network, which has no internet-access. We opened a ticket (GHS-171994), but were told, that rerouting the help-urls to a local webserver is not supportet. We should ask the developer-community. Maybe someone already has made an approach into this direction. Running JIRA/Confluence in AD-environment with W2016 and MS-SQL.
