We use a Trello board with over 289 members. More than 100 cards are created daily on this board. We manage at least 25 different business lines and track all related tasks through it.
Sometimes we need to search for specific cards. For example, is it possible to search for a keyword along with a specific date range, such as January 2026, to find all cards containing that keyword that were created during that month? Similarly, can we search for all cards created by a specific member during a given month, such as January 2026?
We occasionally need to look back at past work for reference. Due to the high volume of cards, we typically archive completed tasks on a monthly basis.
If it is possible to search by keyword and time range in the search bar, could you please explain how to do so?
