I can access to rest/api/2 but no luck with rest/api/3

Hi, I am creating a postman collection. I can access to all apis under rest/api/2 with Basic auth. When it comes to trying to access to rest/api/3, all endpoints ends with error page saying
<title>Oops, you&#39;ve found a dead link. - JIRA</title>

I want to access labels api (…/rest/api/3/label) I guess it is not accessible with v2

What I am doing wrong?

Are you on server/DC ? If so - v3 doesn’t exist there…
