On instances using the new views (specifically the Releases web panel), the content that should be on the atl.jira.releasereport.top.right.panels location isn’t showing up. Is there any change that we should be made aware of?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the delayed reply here and for this problem.
You are right that there was a change about this and the team is currently working on a fix for this.
I’ve just raised it here as a bug report: [JRACLOUD-78555] Webitems in the "atl.jira.releasereport.top.right.panels" are not being displayed anymore - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
As mentioned on the ticket, affected customers can reach out to our customer support team to exclude them from the recent change so that the webitem will be visible again.
