Is customfield_10010 always requestType or what is the best way to get the request type without JSM rest api?

I load an issue with AP.request(/rest/api/3/issue/${issueIdOrKey} not knowing before if it is a service desk issue or not. I need to look if the requestType is set. Can I savely use “customfield_10010”. That feels somehow not the right thing to do …

You can add ?expand=names to that url and you’ll get a map of all of the fields to their field names. :slight_smile:
