Is it possible to add a custom Button next to "Add" in the Comment section?

Hi everyone,
I’m currently trying to add a custom button as a web-item next to the “Add” Button in the Comment Section. But I can’t find a location/section for this placement. Is this even possible?

It should be possible, similar to what I’ve done to introduce some functionalities with AI in our Jira DC setup.
