Is there a Forge plugin available that intercept the request and modifies the response of that?

Hi All,

I am working on creating a Forge application that can intercept the request sent to the browser and modify the response to be sent for that request. Can someone suggest if there is a plugin available for this? If not, can someone please suggest suitable REST APIs that can be used for this?
