# Is there any API to apply a promo code to an app purchase?

Hi community,

I’m aware that there is an [API](https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/rest/v1/api-group-promotions/) available to create promotion codes. I am looking for an API to integrate this functionality into my application.

To utilize the promotion code, an administrator needs to apply the code to the purchase plugin. I have found documentation guiding administrators on how to apply a code via the admin billing page, which can be found here: [Apply a Promo Code to an App Purchase](https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/apply-a-promo-code-to-an-app-purchase/).

Could you please let me know if there is an API available to apply a promo code to an app purchase?
