# Is there any endpoint to get groups of a product like /applicationrole

Is there any endpoint similar to /applicationrole to get groups that have access to certain product .  
Using application role i am only getting groups having access to jira-software , jira service desk and jira core , is there a way i can fetch groups that have access to let’s say Jira work management or any other product
