Hi,
I have an automation rule as attached, the audit log returns success but the comment is not posted.
Currently the workflow is as follows: an issue is created by a customer on service desk, our customer team elevates that and links the issue to a software project.
I want to copy a comment over to the linked issue everytime a new comment is added.
Could you please help what is wrong and why the comment is not being posted?
