Jira event of issue-updated doesn't trigger some of the issue status transitions

I used this event trigger in my Forge App development. But I found some of the transitions are not triggered. Anyone has ever encountered this issue?

There is an issue with custom event notifications not being triggered as expected in the workflow post function. This has been identified as a bug, and you can find more details about it here: ECO-395.

It works fine for Generic/ System events.
