I have a JIRA plugin that works with a web application I made, and everything is working fine.
I’m currently trying to implement a WebHook that would update issues on the same web app without the need of a user-triggered event. I want it to get settings from a servlet into the plugin, then connect to the web application and update the issues there.
I noticed, though, that the WebHook does not seem to be able to retrieve the current user, like it is running on its own and not on behalf of a user.
How does a WebHook work when it comes to get the current user?
