Large data set to test with "large instances"

Given the definitions of large instances at https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/testing-your-app-with-a-large-data-set/ - Is there a plan to supply data sets for data center tests?
After all just creating 10000 users and pages does not provide for a realistic test setup. To have a realistic data set with users, spaces, permissions, pages, restrictions etc. will take a lot of consideration, and having this already for basic Confluence functionality and then putting test data for specific app functionality on top of that would take away a lot of work and also make tests more comparable between vendors.

Hi All,
Appreciate any sizing guidance for Jira Cloud tenants , please see below my assumptions based on what is seen on Jira Server:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-server-sizing-guide-975033809.html

Small 1-100 users: 15K Issues, 50GB storage
Medium 101 - 500 users: 60K Issues, 100GB storage
Large 501 - 10,000 users: 200K Issues, 200GB storage
Enterprise 10,001 - 20K users: 1M Issues, 500GB Storage

Are these assumptions in the right ballpark? Or should be thinking differently?

Thank you all for your insights.
