Large spaces between data in an email from a automation

Below is an image of the email I received when a card triggered automation. There are extra lines in between my text.

I have used this platform before and this never happens, I am using /n/n at the end of each return.

The text \n is the ASCII newline character. If you ask for two new lines, then the automation will give you exactly what you asked for… two new lines:
