Looking for Jira Server API/ p2 alternative in Jira Cloud (Jira-connect) to get create issue html

Presently we are using the fieldScreenRenderLayoutItem.getCreateHtml(this, this, getIssueObject() in Jira Server p2 plug-in app, What is the alternative or equivalent Jira Cloud API.

Please help me on the above ?
