Manage Apps failing in Jira and Confluence due to accessing app pricing info access (CORS policy)

Sooo,
We find pre-existing Jira and Confluence instances are now failing when trying to manage apps. It was working yesterday, and affects all apps I’ve tested - ours and other vendors.

Error:

batch.js?healthcheck-resources=true&hostenabled=true&locale=en-GB:135 GET https://marketplace.atlassian.com/rest/2/addons/nnnnnnnnnnnn/pricing/datacenter/live?countryCode=GB net::ERR_FAILED 403

Due to this problem it is not possible to do anything to an installed app through Manage Apps.

(update)
yep : Atlassian Developer Status - Marketplace Apps are not configurable on all Server/DC products

Workaround to set your license keys is they expire soon: manage apps > setting (below plugin list) > uncheck “connect to marketplace” > reload. Now you can change the keys
