My localhost Jira Server for plugin development is getting slower and slower.
As I’m writing this I’m waiting for a page to load for 14 minutes.
Last week it was only 5 minutes max.
The server is pulling 15% cpu (on my 5Ghz 8-core i7) in idle state, so it’s doing somethin, just not answering HTTP requests.
I restart the server daily.
Can someone explain this please?
