New partner: "Make public" fails with a KnownError and ECOHELP won't let us open the Partner Verification ticket

Hi, we’re a new Marketplace partner (A3E Ecosystem, vendor ID 49676019) publishing our first app, a paid Forge app for Confluence Cloud: A3E Diagrams and Markdown for Confluence (app ID 1434404504, key com.a3eecosystem.confluence.diagrams-markdown). We’re stuck on three things:

  1. Versions > 2.4.0 > Make public: after Submit and accepting the Marketplace Partner Agreement, Confirm fails. makeAppVersionPublic returns MarketplaceConsoleMakeAppPublicKnownError from ProductListingService with an empty message. The version stays Private.

  2. Privacy & Security > Submit and publish returns HTTP 500 (“Your work is safe, but there’s an issue”).

  3. The first attempt sent us an invite to ecosystem.atlassian.net and we joined. But the Developer and Marketplace Support portal refuses every request, including “Submit Partner Verification to publish your app on the Marketplace”: “You do not have permission to create requests using this Portal.”

Could someone on the Marketplace team start partner verification for our vendor, or tell us what else is blocking publication? Payment, contact, support and pricing details are all saved. Thanks!

We are also having issues making newly published app version public (and this is for a 10 year old app with dozens of previous versions).

We have raised our own ECOHELP for this, but I just wanted to let you know it’s not just you and also doesn’t seem to affect only new apps.

Hello @A3EEcosystem ,

The publishing failures were an unexpected side effect of the support platform migration attempt, and our engineering team is actively working on the fix.

You can follow the incident status here:

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this.

As for the 2nd and 3rd issue, can you please create a support ticket through https://developer.atlassian.com/support so we can check this further?

Cheers,
Sherica Ocbania
