No access to ECOHELP-110212 approval ticket

Hi team,

We’ve submitted a Forge app and completed all required steps, including the privacy policy and security questionnaires.

However, I’m unable to access the approval ticket:
https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/ECOHELP-110212

When I open the link, I get an “Access forbidden” page. I’ve already tried “Request access”, but it doesn’t resolve the issue.

Could you please check whether my Atlassian account is added to the ticket or grant access so I can track the approval progress?

Can you try via the JSM interface with

I can see the reporter’s email address is the same you’re using here. And you have the permission I would expect to get you access.
