We are trying to add a required custom read-only field, which to be appeared only in resolved screen. But when we add the field into the resolved screen, JIRA asks a value for that field in issue creation screen as well.
Will it be possible to achive that in JIRA?

In general, you do not use a FIELD CONFIGURATION to mark a field as required at a point in time. Instead, you should provide a screen + validator on the workflow action that requires the field.
