Not able to download test app

Hi,
I have been trying to download an app for test criteria and get the same error as per below for all apps in same category. Click through on the error stipulates it as a dead link. Any suggestion on why this would happen?

I don’t follow the question. From where are you downloading? I just installed a random app from Marketplace and it worked fine for me. If you are having problems installing apps, I would recommend reporting the issue to customer support, rather than this developer-focused channel.
