Not able to update the Jira Service Desk license from developer to commercial in DC

Hi all,

I had Jira Software and Service Desk applications installed and it had both Developer licenses. As part of updating licenses I updated from Developer to Commercial. First, I have updated software from Developer license to Commercial but Service desk application is not allowing me to update the license it shows disabled. So I uninstalled and installed it again but not able to update.

Could you please suggest any steps to recover? The above instance is Data Center instance which had four nodes running.
