My OAuth 2.0 app was created before granular scopes rolled out, and the Jira API permissions page only shows the classic scopes list with no Classic/Granular tab switcher. I’ve tried unchecking all classic scopes and saving, but the granular scopes UI never appears. This is a live app with active users so creating a new app isn’t a viable option — looking for a way to unlock the granular scopes UI on an existing app, or for Atlassian to migrate it on the backend.
