Overview of involved frontend technology's versions

Is there a way to find out which versions exactly are used in the different libraries?

For example, I am struggling to find out which ECMAScript Version is allowed in JIRA Server frontend code. Also, working through the newest Select2 documentation I finally realized that the Select2 version used in JIRA AUI is 3.5.x.
