How do partners know who Atlassian has shared the responses with? Will you CC our security contacts (from Atlassian Marketplace) on the requests as participants?
How are customers to request this? An email to sales@atlassian.com? Where is that documented for the customer?
@JakeComito - we are getting requests to our support portal from customers, so they obviously know that this is possible yet they don’t know how to get the details from Atlassian.

Hi, @nick ! We are building an operational process to notify the partner security contacts of instances when customers request this security information in order to honor this request. We will follow-up when we have more to share.
