Pending Jira 3LO App Approval

Hi, I wonder how much time it takes the approval for the 3LO Apps distribution?. We submitted a ticket a week ago and so far we haven’t received any communication back, and it just display the ‘On Triage’ status.

Any help or recommendation it’s appreciated, this integration it’s very important to us as SaaS and we think it will also enrich the experience for the users of Jira.

Hi @boft,

3LO approvals have historically taken considerable time, however, the team have made process improvements to speed this up. There are no SLAs for this, but my guess is that your request will be seen within a few more business days.
