How can I get access to ecosystem.atlassian.net? I submitted a forge app to the Atlassian Marketplace that got reject and I received a link to track the progress of the approval. However when I click on the link I don’t have permission to access it. I didn’t receive any follow up and I can’t even access Jira Service Management to create a ticket, it says I don’t have permissions.

To unblock you, I have granted your account customer access to ecosystem.atlassian.net’s JSM. Can you try it out?
Should a different user account or a teammate needs access to restricted ecosystem.atlassian.net, kindly click the Request access button which will be reviewed and approved by an admin.
