Plugin disabled but still active

Hi!

Jira Server 8.5.2

I created a plugin which implements Workflow Post functions.

After disabling the plugin, the Workflow Post functions are still executing.

Any idea how this can happen and how to fix it ?

After clearing the plugin cache, everything works fine again.
