I can’t find a way to test Forge Rovo modules without upgrading a test instance to Premium. Am I missing something or is there a plan for developer access to Rovo?

I upgraded to a premium trial. I still can’t see Rovo chat. Just wondering has anyone been developing against Rovo? If so, how did you get a test instance working?
I have exactly the same issue. Want to build and test an agent but can’t get access to Rovo. Also upgraded my site to premium, enabled Atlassian Intelligence but still no Rovo. It looks like they are currently rolling out to premium users. I am on the waitlist but I have no idea when that will be available.
The developer documents such as this link suggest that there is a beta version available for developers but it looks like this has been removed.
There has to be a way for developers to build and test - what am I missing?

Hey everyone,
Rovo is gradually rolling out to customers with premium and enterprise products. So if you’re lucky your site might have access but others will still be waiting. There’s no longer any way to manually enable it in admin settings if it hasn’t rolled out to you yet.
If you are already a partner then the best way to get access to a site with Rovo in the short term is via One Atlassian. Those sites will all come with Rovo access.
Thanks for your patience, I know developer access to Rovo has been frustrating. We’re all looking forward to Rovo being available to everyone.

Everywhere I look, I see “Rovo for All” being blasted in ads on my social feeds. Sounds like marketing is too far out ahead of the people implementing things.
