Power-Up user authorization issue for company domain restricted Workspaces

Hi everyone. One of our users is experiencing issues with the Crmble power-up authorization process. Looks like this only happens when they try to authorize the Power-Up on any board that belongs to their business workspace. The only thing we can think of that could be stopping this from authorizing is the fact that the workspace has been limited to email accounts that belongs to their company domain exclusively. We asked the admin of the workspace to authorize the power-up on her board, but with no luck. It simply won’t let them authorize the Power-Up on their boards. Any thoughts or ideas on why this is not working or what they could change in their workspace settings? Thank you
