Hello. I can’t found any information about creating a private endpoint for cloud confluence. As I understand is already not available for on-premise hosting.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by a “creating a private endpoint”?
If you mean how to secure the REST APIs to make them available only to specific IP addresses, then you can use IP whitelisting. This is a feature of the Premium plan that applies across HTTP traffic (both UI and API) so use with care.
Or did you mean create a custom API endpoint, like is possible from Java plugins on Server and Data Center? In which case, that’s roughly possible with Atlassian Connect.
Or did you mean something else entirely?
