Receiving a permission error in JIRA Service Desk webhook body

Hello,

customfield_10010 field which should specify the request type of the service desk issue is returning {‘errorMessage’: ‘您无权访问此服务台。’, ‘i18nErrorMessage’: {‘i18nKey’: ‘sd.agent.servicedesk.error.project.nopermission’}}

Any idea about this?

@KevinGo - are you still seeing this error? If so, can you paste the entire webhook body? (please obfuscate any sensitive info)
