Regular expression for the new atlaasian account ID

Is there any pattern for identifying an atlassian account ID ?

I have a variable that it can be either a username or an atlassian account ID and it would be very helpful to have a regular expression for it.

The unfortunate answer is… no. A majority of accountIds have a very particular pattern, but others don’t have any.
