We’re planning a 3LO (OAuth 2.0) integration with Jira Cloud for a commercial multi-tenant B2B product. Before we start building, we’d like to understand:

  1. What documentation/submissions are required for 3LO app approval prior to commercial distribution?
  2. What is the typical review timeline?
  3. Is there a way to avoid or reduce the “unverified app” installation warning for customers during this review period, given the B2B onboarding impact?
