How does the Confluence REST api determine the excerpt to return? It doesn’t seem to match the terms in my query. Is there a way to get an excerpt that is relevant to my query (similar to how ElasticSearch and Lucene do highlighting)?

Hi @shai,

I guess you’re looking for [expansion in REST APIs](https://docs.atlassian.com/confluence/REST/latest/) ? You can identify which fields you wanted to return.

Thanks!
