Hello Atlassian Forge Support,
We have a Forge app installed in our Jira organization in the production environment.
However, when another Jira user tries to access the app, they first see an “Allow access” prompt. After clicking it, they are redirected to an Atlassian page saying:
“You don’t have access to this app. This application is in development - only the owner of this application may grant it access to their account.”
I attached screenshots of both screens.
Could you please help us understand why users are seeing this development-environment access message even though the app is installed in production?
