i try to publish a forge app, but i cant access the Jira ticket in ECOHELP. i got this mail, clicked on the button, but to no end.
and then i try the link from the “[Atlassian Marketplace] Thanks for submitting Voice2ticket for approval”! mail i get “no access”
”Kein Zugriff
Anscheinend hat Ihr Konto XXXXXXXX keinen Zugriff auf das Hilfecenter.

Welcome to the Atlassian Developer Community, @nelson_b!
I have granted you access to the Jira instance of ecosystem.atlassian.net and should be able to see your ECOHELP work item. Can you try it out and let me know how it goes?
Cheers,
Ian
Good Day!
thanks, it worked. ![]()
How ever, i cant review the AMS ticket, that is referenced. I only have my main account in the Vendor team. When i go there, it just shows an empty list. @ianRagudo can you also help with this?
Hi @ianRagudo, I also don’t have access to see ECOHELP tickets. In my case it’s really strange, because I submitted app for review from Marketplace, and I had access to ECOHELP for few weeks, to fill all necessary information. Then I suddenly lost access, and any attempt to open the portal ends with error: “No access. It seems that your account piotr.zalas@snowflake.com doesn’t have access to the help center.“. I seem to still get email notifications from the portal though. Would you be able to help in my case?
Hi @nelson_b, just to clarify, are you using a different account from the one I granted access to when you said “my main account”? If so, that is expected as the AMS space is restricted.
Hi @PiotrZalas, that is strange indeed. To help unblock you, I have granted you access (there were no pending access requests nor unaccepted invitations from your account though when I checked though).
Cheers,
Ian
Good Morning @ianRagudo - first thanks for your patience.
Yesterday, after i gained access to ecosystem with my main account (this one here) nelson.*.*.*@gmail.com i was ables to review all the tickets there, but wasnt able to successfully gain access to AMS, so i was not able to actually view what exactly i need to change. I created a separed Account security@nelson-baptista.de, added it to the vendor account and tried to gain access to AMS this way, but it also didnt work. (as layed out in the documentation)
But i changed a few things in the App, based on the Information in the questionaires, and resubmitted, but accidentally with the security@ account. Now the latest submission ticket for the app is Jira Service Management but i dont have access with this or the other account
So to summarize: Both accounts have not access to the AMS ticket, main account has access to ecosystem, but not the latest ticket, security account has not access to to ecosystem at all.

Thanks Ian, it works now
It seems that I lost access after merge of 2 my accounts:
We have verified that your user had two accounts under the same email address (a portal-only account and an Atlassian account), which prevented you from accessing the ECOHELP-99359 ticket.
We have merged both accounts and permissions, and you should now be able to access the related ticket.
Probably something is off in the merge process.
I have the same problem - for me it’s ECOHELP-97829 and I can’t access it with the user the invitation was sent to (admittedly I overlooked the invitation to Atlassian External at first and only joined recently). I am logged in to the account the ticket is assigned to. As with the OP I have multiple atlassian accounts, however the account in question does not share the email address, so there is nothing that should be merged…
The account in question is graphity-ci@yworks.com
Hi @nelson_b, I double-checked and verified that security@n-b.de should have access to the ecosystem JSM instance. Can you try again?
For the AMS ticket, access is limited and should be granted to the relevant users (e.g., assignee, reporter).
Thanks @ianRagudo everything has been resolved!
