Submitting forge app: no access to ECOHELP

Hello Support,

I recently submitted my Forge application to be published on the Atlassian Marketplace. I received an email with a link Jira Service Management but I don’t have access to the ticket that was created to track my request.

Could you please let me know how I can gain access to this ticket ?

The same thing has happened to me. I got a notification but when I tried to access the ticket I can’t.
