I wonder if someone can point us in the right direction here. We have two apps under development, and we used to be able to use said apps inside our company without restriction. A couple of weeks ago, however, the app creator is the only one able to connect via 3LO SSO. Everyone else gets a nondescript error message saying that “Something went wrong” (see below).
The only change in the app listing was that since we implemented the “Personal Data Reporting API”, we said “Yes” to “App stores personal data” and then checked the box to confirm that we implement said API. However, I don’t think that’s the difference because even if we undo these steps, my teammates are not able to connect.
Shouldn’t all members of our organization be able to access the apps we create internally?
