I’m preparing to publish a paid-via-Atlassian Forge app and I’m deciding where to incorporate before creating a partner profile. I’d like to settle eligibility first, since incorporating in the wrong jurisdiction is expensive to undo.
Three questions:
- Is there a published list of countries supported for Marketplace Partner registration? The country dropdown in the create-partner form appears to be the full ISO 3166 list, so I assume it isn’t the actual eligibility filter.
- Which countries are supported for receiving remittances for paid-via-Atlassian apps, and via which payout methods?
- For Partner Verification, does the individual’s country of residence affect eligibility independently of the company’s country of registration?
Concretely: would a partner incorporated in Georgia or Serbia be able to register and receive bank payouts?
I tried raising this with Developer and Marketplace support, but the ticket form requires a Vendor ID, which I don’t have yet — the question can only be asked after creating the profile I’m trying to validate. If there’s a better channel for pre-registration questions, a pointer would be appreciated.
